This popular 18 hole championship golf course just 10 minutes north of Taupo was rated by the prestigious US Golf Digest magazine in the top 100 courses in the world outside of the USA in 2005.

The course sprawls over 450 acres of beautiful countryside within the Wairakei Geothermal Park. The course has received worldwide acclaim and is consistently voted number one by New Zealand golfers.

Wairakei Green Fees including use of Golf Range:

  • New Zealand Registered Golfer (member of a New Zealand Golf Club) - $125.00

  • Australian Registered Golfers (member of an Australian Golf Club) - $150.00

  • International Registered Golfers (member of a golf club outside NZ & Aust.) - $160.00

Tee times and hire equipment need to be reserved in advance to avoid disappointment.
Proof of club membership may be requested.
